Honesty is going to be your best policy. Explain that you just completed the course and list your previous work. There is nothing to be ashamed of. List the course you took to be accredited for the CNA license.

Are you looking to pay for a service or a free site? I had my resume and cover letter done by Resume Rebuilders from a referral I saw on here! The website is http://www.resumerebuilders.com
I’m Marketing professional who has been in professional Sales/Marketing for 5 years now and was recommended to them by this site and they did an awesome job! I know of another friend who used them as she is a LPN and they used her education and background to create a resume that helped her get a job in two weeks. Tell them that you were referred by a “past client” named Michelle (you can use my name), and they will even give you a 70% off discount on either a resume or their package-no questions asked! I only paid $90.00 for a resume, cover letter and follow-up thank you letter in regards to interviews. I think a resume is only $65.00 if youo tel them you were referred to them.
I was completely happy with their professionalism and my new resume! I definitely recommend them and ask for Lance if you can.
Good luck!
~Michelle
