Question by DarrenTheKoolComic: How to make resume and cover letter?
Theres this place that JUST started hiring. Im 18 and they want resumes and cover letters sent to their email. I’ve never done such a thing. Can anyone speak idiot language and simply explain to me how to make one? Yeah I’m not too bright but I really want to work and I think I deserve a job now. I’ve been looking for one for 7 months and I think its time I actually get one, or at least have a resume and cover letter done.

I suggest you write a very short and simple resume (less than a page). The purpose is provide a clear and strong marketing document that gets you noticed.
Follow the example listed below and focus it on what the employer is looking for. So say your career objective is to do what that advertised job is all about. Your Key Capabilities or Skills should mirror the job requirements. Don’t lie but do emphasise your strengths.
Then the experience, education personal details is your own, but make sure you include any community or voluntary work that shows your good character. Employers are looking for reliable, trustworthy and common sense people willing to do the work.
Hope that helps.
For a cover letter you could see the example of that below too. Keep it simple.
