i need help/tips for making a resume and cover letter to stand out amongst the crowd. any one with experience in human resources would be much appreciated. I am a new RN with 8 months experience on a skilled/rehab unit in a nursing home, wanting to get into a hopsital. i want it to be perfect and get the JOB!!!!
