The resume is not in the appropriate format (Objective? Please!), and your cover letter is dreadful, will be passed around the office for laughs, then pitched.
Look here for a resume format:

They don’t care about your hobbies, only special skill that can in some way apply to acting. Photography, you liking to read, volunteer, and hang out with your family is irrelevant filler, and incredibly unprofessional to include, as is your interest in "new things and being adventures" (which makes no grammatical sense).
Your spelling and communication skills are atrocious– a HUGE red flag to anyone planning to hire you to read or speak. And I gather you’re at least 15, unless you started playing violin in the womb, which makes it that much more pathetic. "Beginner" doesn’t mean "illiterate".
If your parents aren’t behind you enough to help you with this endeavor, bag it, because without their support and permission, you’re hosed.
EDIT:
The other little girl is wrong– you do not include production credits on an acting resume. Ever.
And I agree with Doc: the resume sample was merely a guideline, use common sense about what personal contact info you include.
There are at least a dozen different resume styles, but all follow that basic format.
looks very, very good! a few things, tho:
-most directors don’t care about your weight, if you do not want to put that.
-If you have production experience (sound, stage manager, etc.) those credits are good to put on a resume.
It looks great though! Funny, I practically could have written this resume
couple of other things. If you have been in hs plays, you do not need a beginners format, you can use a pro format. Ana is wrong, directors care a lot about your weight, I do not like the format shuttupa recommends because i don’t think minors should put their address and phone on their resumes. And of course you do not have all those kinds of credits. A contact phone, sure, but not your own. Protect yourself. i have the proper format for a resume. and i can teach you the kind of cover letter you parents should write.
